4 -6 Berth Holiday Home

This immaculate Holiday Home is set within the grounds of the owners property.  The accommodation has recently had new carpets throughout.  The accommodation comprises of:-

Lounge: Comfortable sofa area with a dining table.  There is a TV with Free View channels and a variety of games and books for the use of the guests.  It is centrally heated with radiators in each room and the lounge also has a gas fire.

Kitchen: With a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer.  Well equipped with a full range of crockery, utensils, pans/oven dishes etc.  There is also a washing machine located in the shed next to the holiday home.

Bedrooms: There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.  The lounge sofa bed provides a further double bed if 6 people are staying, which you can pull out each evening. All linen and bedding is provided. Both rooms have ample storage. 

Bathroom: The large bathroom has a large shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.  Towels are provided on a weekly basis.

External: There is a secluded, sunny decking area outside of the Holiday Home where guests can sit and enjoy their morning coffee or indeed a glass of wine in the evening! 

Miscellaneous

The holiday home sits within 2 acres of grounds including the woodland down by the river.  There is a picnic table by the river.  There are benches around the gardens where you can enjoy the views of the river.

There is a BBQ available for guests upon request.  Coal is not included.

Please note the riverside within the grounds are unfenced.  There is also ample car parking adjacent to the property.
